When attending a course at MARINEMASTERS you will be sent JOINING INSTRUCTIONS in a WELCOME PACK usually by email. In that email there will be instructions to complete a DATA CAPTURE FORM prior to attending for your course as well as a COURSE SPECIFIC FORM. The links for these forms can be found below - please select the forms you require, complete and file them, they will then automatically appear on our secure database.
